Procedures NORMAL REGISTRATION Fax/Email the following documents to the Registry: Forms M1, M2 and M7 (duly signed and completed) Bill of Sale (Notarised or Original) or Builder's Certificate (for new vessels) Power of Attorney (if seller is not the owner of the vessel) Copy of existing Registry Certificate Copy of existing Trading Certificates Copy of COC for Officers on board Attestation from previous AAIC confirming no outstanding due Registry confirms registration and fees payable. Pay the Fees and fax/email remittance advice to Registry. Registry issue Provisional certificates of registry as well as Interim Statutory certificates (as required). PROVISIONAL CERTIFICATES ARE VALID FOR 6 MONTHS Permanent certificates are issued upon receipt of the following documents by the Registry: Original Forms M1, M2 and M7 (duly signed and completed) Bill of Sale (Notarised or Original) or Builder's Certificate (for new vessels) Power of Attorney (if seller is not the owner of the vessel) Original Deletion Certificate from Previous Registry Original Certified Carving and Marking Note Survey reports for Interim Statutory certificates issued Original attestation from previous AAIC confirming vessel have no outstanding dues   All application forms are downloadable from our website. N.B: Currently the registry do not accept fishing vessels except for Single Delivery Voyages on Ballast Condition only. The above guidelines are subjected to change and review, owners and agents are advised to follow guidelines stated in quotations to ensure all criteria are met for registration.
